I loved the idea that he has in the book to write top intentions on a 3X5 card daily and on the other side, write the 6 critical things you must do that day to achieve those intentions. It does work, although it is difficult at times to keep the negativity at bay. I find it all falls into place when I ask for what I want and completely release my desire to the Universe and become grateful for what I already have; that's when my wishes have come true in the past. I loved the movie and do believe that it works. It's difficult to put in practice no matter how simple does it sound but when it's practiced, it works. Finally, after a year from when I first saw that movie, do I have a much better idea of how to focus and concentrate. And the biggest thing people forget to do is to not give up.
