Smile a lot. Smiles make you miles better - and your smiling will make others smile. As Rabbi Nachman of Breslov (1772-1810) put it: “Always wear a smile. The gift of life will then be yours to give.” I also believe in laughing a lot...my laughter is contagious...any guy would fall for my laughter1 Ha ha! My greatest secret of being happy is “Smiles”. Happy people tend to be engaged in activities that reflect their values or in some way make a difference. Simply plodding along without dreams or aspirations is a fast track to an unhappy life.
