Happiness Secret

First and foremost … Congratulations on taking the first step to finding the secret to happiness !  Throughout this guide we are going to ask you quite a few questions.  We ask that you take the time to really think about your life and how it is going. This is not another  “Mind, Body, Soul” self-improvement program.  We will show you real, applicable, and practical ways to make dramatic improvements in any area of your life and give you the recipe for success and how to find real happiness.

Let’s start off right away with the special formula, which answers the question on why it is so hard to change and how to make changes in your life.  Before I tell you the answer, why do you think it is so hard to change?  What causes us to go back to our old ways so easily?

The real answer is surprisingly simple, but not discussed anywhere. Are you ready? We do not help ourselves support the change we want to make. Now you might be saying to yourself, “Of course I support the change! I am the one who decided in the first place that I wanted to change!”  The kind of support we are talking about is support from all aspects of your life in helping to make that change.

Let me explain with an example … Say for instance you decide to exercise to lose weight.

Do you think you will just be able to fit in 20 minutes of exercise 3 times a week into your already packed schedule?

What about on those days when you are exhausted?

Will you be able to put aside your exhaustion and exercise that day?

Your gut reaction is probably telling you it won’t happen. You might be able to do it for a little while. Then you slowly slip back into your old ways.  It starts with missing a workout here and there due to time limitations or you just don’t feel like going that day. This is why most of us fail. We do not take a step back and look at the big picture. Doing this allows us to look at every aspect of our lives and see if they support the change we want to make.

Not only may other areas not support the change, but they may be fighting against the very thing we want to change.  The whole formula is to: look at the big picture, see how the different areas of your life are related to each other, and identify what will happen to the other areas when there is a change in one of them.  Making a change in one aspect of your life can help changes in others areas of your life.

This holds true for wanting more money, more free time for yourself, more romance, more energy … well I think you get the picture.  If you still are unclear what we mean, you will understand it more as you read through this guide.

We will explain how all aspects of your life are related to each other and how to change each of them.  We then tell you how to make these changes permanent.  All you have to do is decide what in life you want so you will be happy. That is why we ultimately want to make these changes. Right? To be happy …

By you reading this we can tell you are not happy with your life and want more out of it. You feel you are not living, but merely surviving. You are going through the motions and letting things dictate your life instead of you choosing how you want to live.
For most of us our life is our jobs. Think about it … how many hours during the week do you really have that are your own? … Yours to do whatever you want. If you have children you have even less free time. This is why the home-based business market is booming. People want to work from home. They want additional income without having to physically go to a second or third job.

That is entirely what we are discussing here, making a change. Wanting more and wanting to change things in our life to get more out of it. The goal is success and happiness.

Many times we have the best intentions to make a change and we try very hard to make it happen. Sometimes we fail, but we try again because we are so determined. This reoccurring failure is the result of the tunnel vision we normally use to try to change. We have a goal in mind, but we blindly run towards it. This approach almost certainly sets you up for failure. We need to work smarter, not harder. Failing again and again causes us to be even unhappier than when we started. This is hardly our original intent.

The strategies we discuss are the key to positive change and the success that we all strive for. They are the key to making these changes permanent.
So what do you want to change in your life?

What is important in your life and makes you happy?

For a lot of people it is money. They are tired of just making it by. They are tired of stressing over paying their bills. They see things that others have that they cannot afford. Some people become so desperate they buy it anyway on credit thinking, or more likely hoping, they can pay it off later. This is likely to make the problem much worse, but it is very common today.

Some say money can’t buy happiness. This is up for you to decide, but having sufficient money can certainly make our lives easier and open more doors for us. Lack of it can also cause severe stress including breaking up relationships and marriages.

You can probably think of several money-making scams that were thrown at you this week alone. Was it an infomercial, junk mail, or an advertisement in a newspaper or on the Internet? They promise fast and easy money and anyone can do it. … Right?

We talk about tried-and-true ways to make money and one current way that is as close to a “Get Rich Quick” technique as you will find. We discuss what works today and not and what was popular a decade ago or only works for a few people.

•    What about your romantic life? Are you happy with it or has it disappeared?  Do you feel wanted or taken for granted?

•    Do you have enough energy to make it through the day?

•    Are you happy with your weight? Or would you like to lose a few pounds but have failed so often you are ready to give up?

•    Do you find yourself on edge or stressed out a lot of the time?

•    How much free time do you have for yourself? When is the last time you did something fun?

Some things are not as important to some people as they are to others. This is what makes us human. This is why we each need to analyze our lives individually. We need to find out what is important to us and what we want to change. During this process you may discover other things you are not too happy about. We will help you work on whatever you need to get you on the road to happiness and success. You need to just analyze and identify the problem areas and then use our guide to make those changes.
