Leisure vs. Stress

Leisure activities very simply relieves stress in our lives.  When we are stressed, we do not think clearly and our creativity is reduced or eliminated.

Stress can zap our personalities and turn us into a different person.  We need to combat stress and schedule leisure activities each and every day.  We need fun little escapes daily to put our mind and body at ease.  We need bigger escapes like vacations spread evenly throughout the year to recharge us.

To decrease our stress, we need the time to unwind and have fun.  These escapes help us recharge our batteries and allow us to continue to take on the day.
