How More Leisure Leads to More Free Time

Free time is such rarity these days. With the advance of computers and technology, many of us thought we would have all sorts of free time.  Instead it seems like the opposite.

On top of lack of time, we are running around like chickens with their heads cut off, trying to get everything done.  This leads to stress, which leads to lack of focus, which leads to ineffective use of our time.

Leisure activities reduce that stress to bring our focus back on making ourselves more efficient.  Finishing the task at hand will be much harder if in the back of our mind we are thinking about two family members not getting along, for instance.

Efficiency allows us to complete tasks faster, which gives us more free time to be used for fun activities … which make us even happier, more positive people.
