You might be saying to yourself: “How can good health possibly help me make more money?”  The answer is one word: energy. 

If you do not have the energy to constantly look for new money-making ideas or to promote your creative thinking, you may never get beyond the status quo.  To generate extra income, especially when you are starting out, you need extra energy to get the new income sources started and growing.  After that, they may require far less of your time, but you may be on to other ways to make extra money.

If you are tired, you will certainly not want to do the analyzing, investigating, and education required to create these extra income sources.  For so many people, making dinner and plopping themselves in front of the TV for the rest of the evening is all they can manage after working all day.  If you don’t eat right, exercise regularly, and get adequate sleep, you won’t get much beyond this stage.

Exercising is actually a great time to brainstorm for new money-making ideas.  So on top of reducing stress, exercise also helps get the creative juices flowing.  It is the people who go against the grain and come up with new ideas that are so important to the success of this program who really make the big bucks.
