How Better Health Leads to Happiness




As you can see, better health improves almost every aspect of our lives.  If we could measure health in numbers, let’s say for instance that we increase our health by 10%.  This would mean we feel better than we used to because of diet, exercise, and sleep changes.  This increase could intensify our romance, boost our free time, multiply our money, and decrease our stress.  All this, just by making the effort to live a healthier life. 

If you don’t believe that good health can lead to happiness, take it from the opposite perspective.  Think of someone you know who is overweight and tired all the time.  Do you think they are happy?  When we look and feel good, happiness will follow.
